NFLX, KBH: Upgrades In Streaming & Homebuilding

Oppenheimer upgraded Netflix (NFLX) to outperform from perform. Caleb Silver spotlights NFLX and compares it to other streaming services such as Warner Bros. Discovery (WBD), Paramount Global (PARA), and Walt Disney (DIS). The Oppenheimer analyst also noted that NFLX is in a "unique position to aggregate large audiences."
