The Dow Jones, S&P 500, Nasdaq-100, and Russell 2000 all ended higher today and all of the 11 sectors were in the green. 3M (MMM) was one of the best performers today after Bloomberg reported the materials company had agreed to a settlement worth at least $10B with 4,000 U.S. cities and town tied to "forever chemicals." MongoDB (MDB) hit a new 52-week high, rallying 28%. The developer's platform's first quarter results topped expectations, and led to nearly a dozen price target increase. Major mobile phone carriers fell after a report that Amazon (AMZN) is considering moving in to the wireless market. AT&T (T), T-Mobile (TMUS), and Verizon (VZ) were among the worst performers on Friday. AMZN says it's not "currently" planning a wireless plan. Tune in to find out more about the stock market today.
