The Housing Market Finally Feels The Breaks

The housing market felt the breaks after a strong first half of the year, as the average 30-year mortgage rose from 3.16% to 7.2%, says Erin Sykes. She and Debbie Bloyd discuss the state of the housing market. Erin notes that there is less of a generalized housing types and location. Debbie says that interest rates will continue to fluctuate and the work-from-home impact of people moving will continue.
