Futures Mixed after S&P 500, Nasdaq-100 3-Week Win Streaks

U.S. stock futures are mixed in premarket trading with the S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 (NDX) coming off of three-week win streaks.
The small-cap Russell 2000 (RUT) settled at another record high on Friday and the S&P 500 is just below its all-time highs from Thursday. Despite no movement on geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, stocks continue to climb this month.
Oil prices are modestly higher to roughly $82.50 a barrel ahead of the opening bell. Investor focus will be on the consumer this week with retail earnings due from Home Depot (HD), Lowe’s (LOW), Target (TGT) and Walmart (WMT). Fridays’ retail sales came in at -0.6% versus the +0.1% expected as spending is slowing.
