Week Ahead: Inflation Data, Neocloud and Space Earnings

This week’s focus is on inflation data, with major data points in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) on Tuesday, Nov. 10 and the Producer Price Index (PPI) on Friday, Nov. 13.

A number of Federal Reserve leaders speak this week. Notable economic data releases include Consumer Inflation Expectations, the NFIB Business Optimism Index, Total Household Debt, and Existing Home Sales.

Markets also continue to digest news of the Democratic party’s mid-term election victories that will result in control of the U.S. House and the Senate.

It’s also shaping up to be an interesting earnings week with several key names reporting in the artificial intelligence and hyperscaler space, which was hit hard during last week’s widespread stock losses. Companies revealing results throughout the week include Applied Materials (AMAT), Cisco Systems (CSCO), Cerebras Systems (CBRS), Nebius Group (NBIS), and CoreWeave (CRWV). Space also will be in focus with names like Rocket Lab (RKLB), AST SpaceMobile (ASTS), Archer Aviation (ACHR), and Firefly Aerospace (FLY).
