Chris Galipeau of Franklin Templeton discusses the strong jobs report, sticky inflation and the potential for one or two more Fed rate hikes. He views the recent tech selloff as forced selling rather than a fundamental shift and says volatility can create opportunities for diversified investors. He also expects regulation could slow the data-center buildout, but doesn’t see it derailing the longer-term investment thesis.

Tech’s Selloff Was an Exclamation Point, Not a Game Changer

Jonathan adds that traders will be more "conservative" heading into the end of 2026 as a greater focus turns to ROI from the AI buildout. As for volatility ahead, Jonathan says to take emotion out of headlines and focus on your long-term goals.

Why Rising Rates Could Put the Labor Market at Risk
