“The live music space is on fire,” says J.W. Roth, CEO & Chairman of Venu Holding (VENU). “We’re seeing demand just as high in our smaller venues as in our bigger.” He talks about building new venues and how he’s not worried about a post-Taylor Swift effect dampening ticket sales. “We’re building about $1.2 billion dollars’ worth right now.” He describes how Venu finances these projects with a page out of the condo book, selling “fractional ownership” to business partners.
