"Shades of Soft Landing" For Fed's Rate Cut

Mark Dow, author of "Behavioral Macro", says the argument between a soft and hard landing is out of the question. He argues the markets as a whole have tapered down risk since 2008. As for the U.S. Dollar (/DX) and bonds, Mark says there's a case for both to soften once the cut happens.
