Aniket Ullal says ETF flows are on pace to break calendar year records in 2025. The flows in the U.S. alone have already crossed $500B, and Aniket says retail investors are "buying the dip" during periods of equity volatility. He does say investors are starting to show early signs of a possible defensive rotation.
