Albin: Avoid the Russell 2000, Financing Expenses Rising

Jack Albin “breathed a sigh of relief” after the recent 30-year bond auction, but says investors are still selling them off. In the short term, he thinks bond holders are worrying about Fed stewardship, and in the long-term, fiscal imbalance. On stocks, right now he would “avoid the Russell 2000,” expecting financing to get more expensive.
