Alphabet To Pay $700M In Google Play Store Settlement & Apple Tries To Work Around Watch Ban

Alphabet (GOOGL) agrees to pay $700M in a Google Play Store settlement. Alphabet will pay $630M into a settlement fund for consumers and $70M into a fund for states.
