Bianco: Markets Running Into Valuation Problem, FOMC No Rush to Cut Rates

There's "tremendous pressure on the Fed to do nothing" with interest rates, says Jim Bianco. Catalysts of an improving economy and tariffs leaving less concerns than expected are two key arguments behind Bianco's reasoning.
