Bonds Stall Amid Policy Uncertainty, Murky Fed Rate Cuts

"Wait and see" is the approach for the bond market, says Charles Schwab's Kathy Jones. Tariff and policy uncertainty is the main culprit behind the lack of conviction in movement, as Kathy points to the 10-year yield staying stuck between a 4.2 and 4.3 range. On the Fed, she expects a slowdown of hiring as a catalyst for more interest rate cuts.
