The consumer is resilient, I wouldn’t call it strong, notes Wedbush Securities’ Moshe Katri. He discusses payment stocks. He talks about how PayPal (PYPL) is a name they like, especially since there’s a new management team. PYPL is down 13% year-to-date and down over 30% from its 52-week high. PYPL caters to both merchants and consumers. Also, Block (SQ) is up 91% since its October 30th low and up 17% in December.
