Citi was among a number of firms to raise its price target on Dell Technologies (DELL) following the company's raised guidance update. Rachel Dashiell dissects the technical setup for the server and PC hardware company. On the 1-year chart, she says it has formed a "massive cup and handle pattern" as it climbed to new yearly-highs. Rachel compares Dell's relative strength to the overall tech sector hitting an area of resistance saying it could be a headwind in the coming weeks.
