Etsy Inc. (ETSY) shares have experienced a strong bullish regime, says Rachel Dashiell of Charles Schwab. The momentum was enough to carry the stock back to three-year highs. However, Rachel says it's critical that momentum continues and uses a five-year chart to highlight the crossroads the stock is currently at.
