Marc Selvitelli joins Morning Movers to look at the real impact of commercial real estate and the various facets within that space including office, multi-family and the rise of data centers. He says the challenges facing office space are starting to see some fundamental changes with companies returning workers and using the spaces differently. In terms of servicing the debt, Marc says the picture is getting better in hopes that the Fed will turn rates lower.
