Jan believes that Costco is the second-best retailer, with Walmart (WMT) taking the crown. “They’re so solid…that you never see them make a mistake.” David has a few nitpicks in the report, including membership rates falling and the “mini-investment cycle” the company is going through. While it’s “operating very well,” he thinks its valuation means Costco needs to show more buzz.
