The strength of the employment report “makes you question” the Fed’s aggressive moves, says Chris Recker. However, he says other data are showing people have difficulty finding jobs and the labor market is approaching stagnation. He adds that he has difficulty understanding the Fed’s decision to cut rates unless there is a recession ahead.
