The SPX managed to inch higher heading into the end of the trading session. Kevin Green considers it a win for bulls but warns fundamentals need to show more signs of strength to add muscle heading into expected tariff announcements. He believes markets may have priced some news in with the VVIX showing little room for upside potential.
