ETF Inflows Show ‘Resilient’ Investor, Continue to Increase

David Botset says ETF flows are showing a “resilient” investor. He notes that consistently, ETF investors tend to be more positive about the long-term. In 1Q, the market saw $290 billion in inflows, which he says is already well on its way to matching 2024’s total of $1.1 trillion. Chris Murphy notes that recently, ETF inflows have made up 35%+ of total equity trading in volume, higher than the average of 20%-25%.
