Fed Has Time to Measure Uncertainty, Hold Interest Rates

There's "so many moving parts" surrounding equities and bonds, says Charles Schwab's Collin Martin. He believes the Fed's projections around interest rates can swing either way pending on changes in President Trump's policies, including tariffs. He later refers to the Fed's growing "optionality" with certain treasury caps.
