Dennis Lockhart, former president and CEO of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta, talks about his impressions on incoming Fed Chair Kevin Warsh. He believes Warsh will face a challenging environment with pressure from the White House and American consumers to lower rates even as inflation remains persistent.
