Gauging U.S. Consumer Health, Jobs Strength & Small Caps Boom

Charles Schwab's Kevin Gordon talks about the latest imports and exports data and what it means for consumer spending and GDP. He points out that real wage growth dipped into negative territory, a yellow flag for consumer health. On the jobs front, Kevin doesn't see a "full-fledged hiring boom" taking shape but doesn't see it as a bad thing for job seekers. He then turns to the small cap outperformance and what it means for the stock market.
