The Justice Department agreed on a settlement for HP Enterprise (HPE) in the company's acquisition of Juniper Networks (JNPR). As George Tsilis says, the deal gives the new conglomerate a leg up against its biggest competitor: Cisco (CSCO). While both stocks rallied Monday, George urges investors to keep the potential for growth prospects in mind.
