Hybrid Demand Soars as EV Buyers Focus on Price and Range

iSeeCars.com's Karl Brauer discusses how higher gas prices are fueling demand for hybrids and EVs, with used hybrid sales up 33% as buyers seek better fuel economy without EV range and charging concerns. Brauer also breaks down EV winners including Kia, Toyota’s Lexus RZ and Audi’s Q4 e-tron, while pointing to weaker demand for models such as the Dodge Charger. He says falling battery and motor costs could eventually make hybrid technology standard across more vehicles.
