Diving into grocery stocks, Arun Sundaram of CFRA discusses ratings on Costco (COST), General Mills (GIS), and Kroger (KR). He calls these consumer staples growth names in a defensive sector. He also sees buying opportunities in food manufacturers such as McCormick (MKC). Arun doesn’t expect the Kroger and Albertsons deal to go through amid government pressure, but thinks if it falls apart Kroger might restart share buybacks. Tom White joins to show two example trades for COST.
