Survey sentiment about the U.S. manufacturing economy could be on fire if not of the U.S.-Iran war and U.S. policy decisions, says Susan Spence, chair and spokesperson for the ISM Manufacturing Business Survey Committee and PMI. The U.S. economic expansion may be on track, but high oil prices and tariff uncertainty remain top concerns, she says.
