Labor Market Instability Ramps Up Fed Rate Cut Odds

Collin Martin says a lot of Monday's rebound could be a reversal of Friday's sell-off, but doesn't read too much more into the move. Looking to September's FOMC meeting, he admits that rate cut odds are improving as labor market data revealed more instability than previously understood. Collin does add that August's labor data will be closely watched as it could provide confirmation of the slowing trend.
