Following the latest earnings results from Li Auto (LI), Olivier Blanchard examines the Chinese automaker's competitive outlook. The company missed on its 3Q EPS as revenue came in just above expectations. He says the premium-EV demand outlook in China is good, but suggests it is an overcrowded area for auto brands. "We don't need 4," Olivier adds. He is looking to a normalization in forward orders for Li Auto, saying it could take a few quarters for the company to "crawl out of this."
