The lawsuit states that Meta’s “systematic and massive” use of personal data allows it to sell ads with an “unfair competitive advantage.” General Motors (GM) was upgraded to a buy a Mizuho. The analyst notes that sentiment “is at a bottom” given the weak consumer, 25% UAW wage hikes, and cruise and E.V. challenges. Citi also adjusts its price targets on multiple cybersecurity stocks including Zscaler (ZS), Crowdstrike (CRWD), and Okta (OKTA). Finally, Lululemon (LULU) was downgraded at Wells Fargo.
