Jay Hatfield has a 7,000 target for the S&P 500 by the end of 2025. He argues that a higher dollar is also deflationary, which he thinks the market is underestimating. He isn’t worried about tariffs, which he considers a one-time impact. He’s looking for shelter costs to stabilize, saying we’re in a housing recession that will “only get worse.”
