"The market is in COVID land where there will be a bail out," says David Waddell who adds that Pres. Trump's looking to Ronald Reagan's "voodoo economics" as a playbook. He points to technical indicators suggesting this could be a "washout" of the markets, and suggests negotiation news on these tariffs could provide a rally. David adds that there could be some unique opportunities for investors to use tax-loss harvesting.
