Liz Bell says a low supply of residential homes, the cost to sell them and owners holding on to lower mortgage rates seen during the COVID-19 pandemic are all weighing on the housing market. On the commercial real estate side, she says investors need to be very selective and still sees opportunities in the space. Liz is "very bullish" on the AI data center segment of real estate as well, but cites supply headwinds in the form of community support and electrical power constraints.
