Semiconductor Trend is Strong, NVDA Valuation Not ‘Stretched’

Christopher P. Davis notes that the way Nvidia (NVDA) earnings fall, most of their big clients report earnings first, giving us a picture of their strength beforehand. He covers the earnings metrics and how the Street has reacted, but also looks at the last decade for the company. “The trend is very clear: there’s going to be more chips in more things.” He thinks there’s room for multiple competitors, and that NVDA’s biggest competition could be among their own customers.
