Stock Market Today: HPE, BA Weakness & CRWD Strength

The Dow Jones, S&P 500, and Russell 2000 ended lower, while the Nasdaq-100 ended higher. Four of the eleven S&P 500 sectors ended the day higher. HP Enterprises (HPE) touched its biggest percent decrease today since June 2020, on news that it plans to acquire Juniper Networks (JNPR) for $13B. Shares of Boeing (BA) continued to fall today as United Airlines (UAL) also reported that it found loose bolts in its 737 Max 9 planes.
