The continuing government shutdown can't keep markets down. The SPX and NDX hit new record highs as stocks continued to inch higher. Intel (INTC) and AMD Inc. A.I. stocks moved in part over OpenAI's announcement that it reached a $500 billion valuation, making it the most valued private company.
