Stock Market Today: PARA, WBD Weakness, HTZ Sells E.V. Fleet, SEC Approves Spot Bitcoin ETFs

The Dow Jones and S&P 500 closed unchanged, the Russell 2000 fell, and the Nasdaq-100 ended higher. 9 of the 11 S&P 500 sectors closed lower. Paramount (PARA) and Warner Bros.
