Markets surged Tuesday as investors gauge potentially positive trade deal developments emanating from the White House. But, the biggest event of the day took place after the closing bells, as Tesla (TSLA) reported its latest quarterly figures. The EV maker missed on both the top-and-bottom line and said it would revisit its guidance. Elsewhere in earnings, Aerospace and Defense stocks reported mixed results as Northrop Grumman (NOC), Lockheed Martin (LMT) and GE Aerospace (GE) were among today's notable movers.
