T-Mobile (TMUS) was the strongest of the telecom earnings, says Keith Snyder. Consumers are still spending on wireless packages, but not upgrading phones as quickly because of high prices. Keith says promotions are rampant, and many of them are tied to new phone models. It's a margin hit worth it in Snyder's view, for a 2-3 year contract.
