Tariffs Won’t be as Broad as Projected

Adrianne Yamaki says the appetite for tariffs may not be as big as Trump is posturing now, since the U.S. is a huge importer of commodities. She says tariffs typically “anger” U.S. citizens and “hurt” manufacturers, and highlights that we already have trade agreements with Canada and Mexico that Trump created in his first term that will be difficult to undo.
