Versigent (VGNT) completed its spin-off from Aptiv (APTV) Wednesday morning and rang the bell at the NYSE. CFO Doug Ostermann joined Opening Bell to dive deeper into the company. Versigent makes “wiring harnesses that carry data, power and signals throughout vehicles,” he explains, walking through their biggest markets and what their clients need. He talks about the uses of their technology beyond cars, but their technology is in one in six vehicles already.
