VinFast Auto (VFS) soars following its recent NASDAQ debut. VFS surged off a rating for its new all-electric SUV, VF 9, but it’s still not above Tesla (TSLA). VFS’s first electric vehicles rolled off assembly line in 2021 and produced its first all-electric SUV in Vietnam. VFS aims to be "the future of smart mobility."
