U.S. stock futures are slightly higher in premarket trading after Monday’s rally in major indexes, with investors awaiting more corporate earnings updates.

The major stock averages surged in Monday’s session, with the Dow Index closing at a record high, as Amazon (AMZN) eclipsed $3 trillion in market cap for the first time. Falling yields and a slide in oil prices helped support equities.

On the corporate front, Palantir (PLTR) shares are up roughly 15% after the AI and data analytics company reported an earnings beat Monday, with revenues surging 93% year-on-year. Investor focus will remain on geopolitical headlines today along with oil prices, JOLTS data and more earnings fallouts.
