However, he emphasizes that a human touch is still needed, especially in customer service. “We deliver to the biggest and most important companies” – including CVS, DIS and more. Helping them automate business and retain customers is Nice’s bailiwick. 85% of their market is in the U.S. “We want to be able to do more in self-service,” he adds, and discusses why agentic AI is “critical” to their future strategy.
